Great location near several subway stations. The room was clean and comfortable with a safe and iron. Friendly staff offered excellent service. The common areas were well-maintained. ☕

The location in Chinatown offered easy access to amazing food options. The room was exceptionally clean, and we appreciated the provision of toiletries.

While the bed was comfortable, it could use a more supportive mattress.

I stayed in a Beautiful Double or Twin Room, and I was so impressed by how clean and modern it was! The location couldn’t be better-right next to the subway Plus, the comfy beds and great AC made each night a dream!

The room I stayed in was clean and had a comfortable bed, which I really appreciated. The location near Chinatown was a huge plus for grabbing food and exploring. Staff were generally friendly, especially at the reception, which made me feel welcome. However, I had some issues with the TV. it took a while to get it working properly, and even then, I struggled to find the channels I wanted. The noise from the street could be a bit distracting at times, especially with the traffic and people late at night. The lack of a microwave in the room was inconvenient, as it meant having to go to communal areas just to heat up food. Also, I noticed the common areas didn't feel well-maintained. the dining space looked cluttered with unused furniture. Despite these drawbacks, my stay was enjoyable due to the cleanliness and staff service.

Comfortable bed, clean room, with the added convenience of paid wi-fi that kept me connected during my three-night stay, and the location made it easy to explore local attractions while being just 15 km from the nearest airport.

If you're a foodie, Canal Loft puts you on the doorstep of great grub! I devoured some savory dumplings at East Dumpling, and Shake Shack's burgers were next level. Plus, the location was a breeze for subway access! It was also neat having a spacious room and comfy bed—I caught some solid Z's for sure!

canal loft hostel & hotel was fantastic! the rooms were super clean, modern, and comfortable. the bathroom had everything you’d need, including soap and shampoo. i really appreciated the friendly reception staff who were super helpful. it’s also just a short walk to the est broadway subway station, which made getting around easy.

I spent a week in a spacious Deluxe Double Room, and I loved relaxing by the rooftop pool after a long day. The gym was a nice bonus too, giving me a chance to work out while away from home. My only gripe was the odd look of my bed, as it seemed like two smaller beds pushed together, but it didn't ruin my stay. 😊

I really loved that I could easily walk to City Hall and then head over to Wall Street during my stay, giving me the chance to explore some of New York's most famous sights, and with great coffee shops just a quick stroll away, like the East Dumpling, it made for the perfect weekend escape as a solo traveler I appreciated having access to comfortable common areas and tea supplies.
